Estate administration requires detailed attention and strict adherence to probate laws, covering everything from the initial collection and protection of assets, managing liquidity to pay creditors, filing tax returns, to final distribution and closure of the estate. Who better than a probate judge to offer a practical roadmap for navigating this complex process? Join us for an informative session that provides a probate judge’s perspective on administering a decedent’s estate effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with Rhode Island General Laws Title 33 – Probate Practice and Procedure.
