The Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning, to be held the last week in March this year, will host speakers from across the country with presentations on a wide range of estate planning and tax topics. Join us for a discussion led by Michael T. Lahti, Esq., as he shares his conference notes.
Speaker Bio: Michael T. Lahti. is an officer at Fletcher Tilton and has practiced law since 1995, concentrating in estate planning, taxation, probate, estate and trust administration, elder law and long term care planning. A member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida Bars, Mr. Lahti is a well-known public speaker who has conducted hundreds of educational seminars for over 20 years.
Mr. Lahti has an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami's School of Law. He earned his law degree from John Marshall School of Law in Chicago, where he also received a certificate in Estate Planning and Personal Financial Planning from John Marshall's Graduate tax department. He graduated from Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin with a double major in Economics and Business Management.
