Description: According to research conducted by U.S. Trust and The Philanthropic Initiative, HNW clients have a desire to speak with their professional advisors about the non-technical aspects of charitable giving and charitable planning. However, those conversations are happening far too infrequently. In this session, we will discuss some simple strategies to engage in meaningful charitable planning dialog with clients, and how to respond with practical advice when listening for the right cues.
