TITLE: Hot Topics and Planning Ideas from Heckerling 2020
The 54th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning in January hosted speakers from across the country with presentations on a wide range of estate planning and tax topics. Join us for a discussion lead by Michael Lahti, Esq., as he shares his conference notes.

Michaiel T. Lahti. is an officer at Fletcher Tilton and has practiced law since 1995, concentrating in etsate planning, taxation, probate, estate and trust administration, elder law and long term care planning.
Mr. Lahti has an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami's School of Law. He earned his law degree from John Marshall School of Law in Chicago, where he also recieved a certificate in Estate Planning and Personal Financial Planning from John Marshall's Graduate tax department. He graduated from Ripon College in Rippon Wisconsin with an Economics and Business Management degree.
